STAFF STRUCTURE
Staff on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Apartment inspections; a staff member enters each apartment 3 times during their shift. Each apartment is inspected 9 times a day.
Every night at curfew a staff member sets eyes on each resident.
All staff members are required to make shift notes to document the activities in the community during their shift.
All staff members are required to read prior shift notes before beginning their shift.
